Abstract:

We will focus on those parameters in the exponential family $ez+c$ for which the singular value $c$ is non-recurrent, i.e. the postsingular set does not intersect a sufficiently small neighborhood of $c$ itself. For such parameters, we will present some work in progress concerning local dynamics at periodic points.
