Abstract

The talk will describe the relation between the Fatou components of a (rational or transcendental) map $f$ and the so called post-singular set; that is, the clousure of the union of the orbits of all singularties of the function. We will start by giving a short background on Julia and Fatou sets and we will state the classification Theorem of Fatou components.
