Registration

Attendance is limited to 50 participants, with places assigned in the order in which registrations are received.

The registration period will start September 1st, 2026.

Fees

The registration fee is 500€ + Taxes [IVA 21%].

There is an earlier registration fee (400€ + Taxes [IVA 21%]) for payments before March 30, 2027.

To apply for the Special Young Registration Discount (€200 + 21% VAT), applicants must submit, by February 28, 2027, the title of a poster or contributed talk, an abstract, a short curriculum vitae (CV), and the email address of a professor who will provide a letter of recommendation.

The registration fee includes lunches, dinners, coffee breaks.

We have secured a special room rate at the conference venue hotel for all participants.
