Deadlines

The registration period will start September 1st, 2026.

Deadlines for payment of registration fee:

• Usual fee (500 Euros + Taxes (IVA 21%)): May 15, 2027.
• Reduced fee (400 Euros + Taxes (IVA 21%)): March 30, 2027.

The deadline to apply for the Special Young Registration Discount (€200 + 21% VAT) is February 28, 2027. The applicants must submit, by February 28, 2027, the title of a poster or contributed talk, an abstract, a short curriculum vitae (CV), and the email address of a professor who will provide a letter of recommendation.

Deadline for Poster and Contributed Talks submission: February 28, 2027.

The final decision will be communicated by email on March 15, 2027.
