The international conference will provide a valuable opportunity to explore and discuss the latest advances in discrete and continuous dynamical systems from various perspectives, including bifurcation theory, periodic orbit analysis, and integrability theory.
This is the fifth edition of a series of symposia, all organized in Lleida (1996, 2000, 2010, 2016), where the above topics were presented in a good atmosphere of informal discussion and exchange of ideas. We want to maintain that spirit in this edition. More information on the previous events can be found at http://www.ssd.udl.cat/.
This edition is special, as on November 9 we will commemorate the 20th anniversary of the passing of Javier Chavarriga in 2005. Javier organized the first edition of this series of international events 30 years ago, in 1996.
The main objectives of this event are to foster an open and collaborative environment that encourages the exchange of ideas and critical discussion, to strengthen relationships between research groups both nationally and internationally, and to establish new synergies. Additionally, the conference aims to serve as a platform to advance active research lines, particularly by engaging younger researchers who are essential to ensuring the continuity and evolution of the field.
The venue has a maximum capacity of 45 participants. Applications will be accepted in the order received.
