Abstract

In this seminar we give four new criteria for bounding the number of limit cycles of a certain family of differential systems in the cylinder. This family include the systems that can be transformed into an Abel equation and the ones that are the sum of three quasi-homogeneous vector fields with degenerate infinity. We pay special attention to those that have a node at the origin.
