SUMMER SCHOOL June 10-14, 2019

Smooth Dynamical Systems Theory

TIMIŞOARA, JUNE 10 – 14, 2019

The Summer School is intended mainly for 25 doctoral students and postdoctoral researchers who want to be introduced in smooth dynamical systems theory.

Other interested persons in topics from this field, such as academic staff, master students, employees from private companies, are welcome provided that places are available.

Topics from the following areas will be taught:

1. Dynamical systems theory for smooth differential equations
2. Codimension 2 bifurcations in smooth dynamical systems theory
3. Software tools useful in dynamical systems theory

If you want to attend the Summer School, you should apply by sending your CV and a short Letter of Motivation (maximum 10 lines) to dynamics18@mat.uab.cat AND dynamics18@yahoo.com

Applications are accepted until May 30, 2019.

A travel grant of up to 400 euros per person for living and travel costs of the participants (especially to students) is envisaged. Please specify in your application you want to be considered for a travel grant. A double funding is forbidden. Travel and hotel documents will be requested.
